So Im, here on my first FTE retreat as a PCIT (program coordinator in training)
And so far its been great! I plan on doc'ing this trip on here more than i do my daily life, so i'll hopefully be updating daily now ;p
My plan ride was short sweet and i got to georgetown without a hitch. Noooo problem ... i knew the worst that could happen has already happened to me. (if ya havent heard that story, just ask..
So i missed the first lil bit of the program cuz i had to do biotch work , my plan is to stay involved with the kids from now on .. that sucked .. i missed a picture and i missed gettting to know ppl quicker. I realize that im here to facilitate the kids learning about each other. I got to keeep that in mind while im here, not just jump in and let the side of me that just wants to be a participant in the program. I know im capable of doing a great job. The kids seem great to me. 38 !! its gonna be chaos .. and i just found out this is the first time fte has done the program here, so we gotta ad hoc alot of our program. My pc parteners are great!
